It’s charity poker the way God intended: With members of Motley Crue. Vince Neil hosts his Fifth Annual Off the Strip Poker Tournamnet at 7 p.m. to benefit the Skylar Neil Foundation with a slew of pros including Johnny Chan, Phil Gordon, Jennifer Harman, Layne Flack, Gavin Smith, Andy Block, David Williams, Evelyn Ng, Todd Brunson, Chip and Karina Jett, Lee Watkinson, Liz Lieu, Marc Traniello, Hoyt Corkins, Tom McEvoy and Kathy Leibert. It’s limited to 200 people and $500 to play with rebuys benefiting the charity. It’s also 1,000 percent more likely you’ll hear “Shout at the Devil” during this tournament than during the World Series final table. Click for more words and pictures »

Admit it, you always knew it would end like this for Vince Neil: With go go dancers and a midget. (Photos by Erik Kabik | Retna)
Has it been 20 years already? 20 years of low limits, goofy promotions, the this-could-collapse-at-any-moment-iest parking garage in town and a curious smell lingering around the casino floor for O’Sheas. How did the Irish-esque casino celebrate? Beer pong and Vince Neil.
Actually, that’s like the blueprint for how all future anniversaries should be celebrated. Including your grandparents’ 50th.
Neil was hanging around with O’Sheas house leprechaun Brian Thomas as well as World Series of Beer Pong founders Billy Gaines and Duncan Carroll Saturday afternoon, which tied into the new WSOBP area at the casino. Gaines and Carroll took on comers in Beat the Founders games, and a tournament awarded an entry to the 2010 World Series of Beer Pong Jan. 1 to 5 at the Flamingo.

Vince Neil, a couple of porn stars and his wife. The way God and nature intended. (Photos by Hew Burney | Hard Rock Hotel)
Vince Neil held his Fourth Annual No-Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament Saturday at the Hard Rock Hotel to benefit the Skylar Neil Memorial Fund, which kicked off with a silent auction run by adult film stars Joanna Angel and Taylor Wayne. Angel was in Girls, Girls, Girls II, which we’re pretty sure is porn centered around a Friday night where she was looking for a fight. We believe she had a motor-sickle and a switchblade knife.
Joining the poker fray were pros Adam Schoenfeld, Gavin Smith, Evelyn Nguyen, Todd Brunson, Jennifer Harmon and husband Marco Traniello, while Randy West and Quiet Riot Singer Paul Shortino were also at the felt. Shortino, sadly, was not wearing the Metal Health mask to cover his tells.
After the tournament wrapped up, the afterparty was at Wasted Space where Sal Masekela, DJ MELLO, Angel, Wayne, Vinnie Paul and Jason Giambi all turned up.
The Hard Rock got into Sundance action by hosting a party at the Hollywood Life House, where Brittany Snow and Adam Scott of The Vicious Kind partied as critic Ben Lyons did a couch dive. Also hanging out was Sarah Larson, who was spotted dancing with a few different guys before leaving with Ryan Cabrera. Click for more words and pictures »

Why doesn’t Mr. Belding ever come to our birthday dinners??!
The Hard Rock Hotel was too fast for love Sunday night as Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil celebrated his 47th birthday with an evening of events at the popular off-strip hotel and casino.
Neil and his wife, Lia Gerardini, made AGO restaurant home sweet home for dinner as they were joined by Body English Managing Partner Cory McCormack, new York Yankee Jason Giambi, Dennis “Mr. Belding” Haskins and John O’Hurley of Spamalot and Dancing with the Stars.
The motley crue moved on to Body English to continue the feel good night. More celebrity friends, including motocross star Carey Hart, UFC Champ Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, drummer John Dolmayan of System of a Down and rapper Too Short, helped Neil shout at the devil long into the night, especially when he was presented with a 6-foot, guitar-shaped birthday cake.
