Thought you were safe from a Valentine’s cocktail today, weren’t you? Not likely. This one sounds pretty good, though: On Thursday, Feb. 14 only, Sushi Roku inside the Forum Shops at Caesars is offering the Dragon Kiss cocktail for $14.
This concoction comes together when eight mint leaves and the juice from a fresh lime are muddled together and then shaken over ice with a half ounce of White Tea Fusion, 1-1/2 ounces of Disaronno and 1-1/2 ounces of lemon sour. The combination is then strained into a martini glass and garnished with — what else — a rose petal.

When we’re out on the town in Las Vegas, it’s not rare to see members of The Killers hanging out at concerts and bars — except for lead singer Brandon Flowers.
That’s probably because he’s at home with the wife and kid at night while bandmates such as Mark Stoermer and Ronnie Vannucci are out playing. But even family man Flowers has to eat. Thus we have him being spotted enjoying lunch at Sushi Roku inside the Forum Shops at Caesars today with family in tow. Reportedly, the singer is a frequent visitor of the acclaimed restaurant.

Well, they’ve already won awards for their cuisine, so it might come as no surprise that two of Innovative Dining Group’s Las Vegas restaurants, Sushi Roku and BOA Steakhouse, have now been honored for their aesthetics as well.
The two popular eateries won citations in the “Interior Environment” category in the Nevada chapter of the American Institute of Architects’ “Excellence in Design” awards program.
Both restaurants feature cutting-edge design by YWS Architects, including Roku’s Asian-inspired, minimalist decor and BOA’s steel-and-glass, modern surroundings. Located on the third level of the Forum Shops at Caesars, the conjoined locations both afford spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip.
