For the sports enthusiast who insists on only watching games near a Lamborghini dealership.

Well, that was fast. Palazzo has already moved forward with its plans for the Space Formerly Known as 40/40 Club, and will reopen it tonight as the Sportsbook Bar & Grill — just in time for the start of football season when your defending Super Bowl Champion New York Giants take on the Redskins.

The restaurant will feature an American menu including sliders, wings, nachos, pizzas, burgers, etc. The interior is being left the same as it was during the operation of 40/40. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Mondays.

In other Venetian-related news, it was revealed that the new condo tower will be called The St. Regis Residences at The Venetian Palazzo.
