Almost two months after reports surfaced of a split with George Clooney and his nippled Batsuit (rumored to be the actual chest-related issue that spurred the break up), Sarah Larson was on the red carpet at Tao at the Venetian Friday night.

WIth a group of 10 in tow, Larson dined on Chilean sea bass satay, pad Thai noodles and Tao’s signature giant fortune cookie before heading up to a champagne-stocked VIP table on the dance floor. No word on what the cookie’s fortune said, but we’ve witnessed some pretty prescient snack foods in our time and imagine it mentioned something about booze and house music.

So You Think Can Dance judge Nigel Lythgoe was also at the club, drowning his sorrows in beer and Grey Goose while, presumably, witnessing many, many people who think they can dance. Click for more words and pictures »

Sarah Larson, whose Clooney-fueled catapult to the public eye landed her on People’s 100 Most Beautiful People list, hosts tonight at Tao inside The Venetian. Larson, who recently signed on to be a spokeswoman for Christian Audigier, wasn’t at the Treasure Island Audigier club’s opening, and hosts tonight across the street.

Although if she wants to keep the night going, she can always take the pirate ship across the street right onto Audigier’s patio. Which, really, they should build some sort of channel between the canals at The Venetian and TI’s lagoon for all your gondola-and-pirate-ship transportation needs.

According to Entertaintmentwise.com, citing sources from InTouch Weekly, the George Clooney-Sarah Larson split was fueled in part by a breast job Larson had done in May.

The report goes on to suggest that Clooney did the dirty work through the media, and that Larson would consider posing for Playboy.

The source adds, “They had a huge fight and he left the house. Sarah read in the media that they’d broken up and freaked out because George hadn’t told her anything.

“He had to explain himself because she’d found out with the rest of the world.”

If true, the allegations would be devastating to Clooney, who would not only have do polish up the dents in his armor of suaveness, but would also have to answer for the fact that he’s apparently not all that into boobs. We had such high hopes for a man of his stature. It’s tragically disappointing.

Slow your roll, eligible bachelorettes. Twin reports earlier today by People and InTouch Weekly said that George Clooney and former Whiskey and Moon cocktail waitress Sarah Larson have split. The timing would be awkward at best, with a profile on Larson having just been posted yesterday at Harper’s Bazaar.

The sticky wicket here is that the rumors may not be true according to a local source. We were told that there’s “no truth to that nonsense” and that the couple are still planning a trip to Italy together. According to the InTouch story a rep from Clooney’s camp said, “I can only confirm that we have never commented on George’s personal life.”

Don’t worry, though, eligible bachelorettes, we’re still here. We won’t even give you any static for being your second choice. We’ll let it slide, because we’re cool like that.

UPDATE: Looks like the breakup is the real deal after all, and was confirmed late last night. She’ll be back in town this weekend.

Former Las Vegas cocktail waitress Sarah Larson helped out the Clark County Medical Society Alliance today doing what she does best – looking good.

Larson took part in the alliance’s Seventh Annual Silent Auction and Fashion Show, featuring designs by Emilio Pucci, at the Four Seasons Hotel, while boyfriend George Clooney was busy furiously working on a script for Michael Clayton 2: Beyond Thunderdome.

Model and noted George Clooney girlfriend Sarah Larson will put her runway skills to use for a cause this April when she struts for the Clark County Medical Society Alliance’s Seventh Annual Silent Auction and Fashion Show.

Italian fashion house Pucci will provide the threads, with proceeds going to The Shade Tree, a local charity which helps homeless and abused women and children. Jewler M.J.Christensen will make sure the models are sufficiently sparkly.

The event takes place April 9 at the Four Seasons Hotel, by which point Clooney should be well into filming Ocean’s 28.
