WYNN CHEF AT NYC JAMES BEARD GALA

Michelin stars, Beard galas. It’s all in a day’s work.
Wing Lei executive chef Richard Chen is taking part of the James Beard Foundation’s annual holiday fundraiser, today in New York City. This year, the fundraiser is Dumplings and Dynasties: The Evolution of Modern Chinese Cuisine.
Other Beard award winners taking part in the gala are Susanna Foo of Phildelphia’s Susanna Foo; Patrick Lin of the Metropolitan Hotels in Toronto and Vancouver; Chen Jun of Shanghai’s Peninsula Restaurants; Susur Lee of Madeline’s and Lee inToronto and Shang by Susur Lee in New York; Chow Chung of Hong Kong’s Chow Chung Restaurant; and Terrence Chan and Ken Tam from Lai Wah Heen in Toronto.
Everything goes down at The Edison Ballroom. You know, if you were planning on jetting out to NYC for a gala fundraiser. You should probably hurry.
