Pure’s Keith Leavitt ready to throw down with Ricky Hatton.
Tommy Gunn was about the only boxer not in town this weekend for the fight, and Pure inside Caesars Palace may as well have been Mighty Mick’s Gym on Friday night. Ricky Hatton was hanging out with Sergio Mora while Winky Wright had a VIP bed of his own. Rocky Marciano was going to show up, too, but his plane was late. What? Too soon?
Mora was at Oscar de la Hoya’s official fight afterparty Saturday night at MGM Grand’s Studio 54, as were fighters Shane Mosley, Bernard Hopkins, Juan Diaz and Victor Ortiz. Mixed martial artist Tito Ortiz was there along with septuagenarian, boxing historian and haberdashery enthusiast Bert Sugar. How in the holy hell did they get Bert Sugar to the club? Did they lay out a trail of cigars and Sonny Liston memorabilia to lure him in?
Pure’s sister club, LAX, had the girls of Fantasy hosting on Friday night, along with Baywatch’s Jeremy Jackson, who earlier was at Audigier inside Treasure Island.

That’s what he gets for arguing Ini Kamoze laid down better tracks than The KLF. Never push the DJ.

Pure Management Group is finishing off its food drive this week, offering complimentary admission with non-perishable canned goods to Pure at Caesars Palace tonight and LAX at Luxor tomorrow night. This is finally the opportunity you’ve been waiting for to go into Vons and load up on a cart full of yams and have a good excuse for the cashier. This time.
The can drive benefits Three Square.

The best boxers right now are from Russia, Mexico, the Phillippines or Britain? Come on, America. (Photos by Erik Kabik | Retna)
Ricky Hatton stopped Paulie Malignaggi with an 11th round TKO Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena to retain his junior welterweight belt in front of a crowd of about 9,000 mostly British partisans. To be fair, no one needs much of a reason to get the hell out of the U.K. in the late fall, and a fight is as good a reason as any.
Not only was Hatton out and about Saturday night after the fight, but The Hitman kept it going Sunday night at Pure inside Caesars Palace until 2 a.m. There’s nothing quite like pounding on a guy for 11 rounds to really get you in the mood to party.

Nick Cannon knows better than to let Mariah near Usher’s silky smooth voice. (Additional photos by Erik Kabik | Retna)
Nick Cannon was at Pure inside Caesars Palace Friday night to spin a DJ set with Usher in the crowd drinking Opus One Meritage. That was before Usher unleashed the quiet storm and did “Lovers and Friends,” strictly for the ladies. Or perhaps the fly honeys. It could’ve even been for all those sexy shorties. There’s really no way to know. Usher did his Saturday night show at The Pearl inside the Palms, and bounced over to Drai’s inside Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon for some very sexy late-night chicken fingers and fries.
Brad Garrett was there for the Usher at Pure, because when you think R&B, you think Everybody Loves Raymond. David Alan Grier was there, too, downing Veuve Clicquot and Jagermeister. He split time Friday night between Pure and Blush at Wynn Las Vegas. Also at Pure on Friday was Mario Barth of Starlight Tattoo.
Mark Curry, straight out of The Comedy Festival, hit up The Bank at Bellagio on Friday night, as was former Colts defensive end Shawn King. Morris Day, meanwhile was at Mist inside Treasure Island. That’s why you didn’t see Prince show up there. He knew he’d have to watch his back.
Diddy proteges Day 26 were at Jet inside The Mirage on Friday, where they did “Come with Me,” “Exclusive,” “Got Me Going,” and closed with “Since You Been Gone.”

The last person who bumped into the turntables got the Emperor Palpatine treatment.

She just loves the old ultra-violence.
Fight fan Mandy Moore hosted Pure at Caesars Palace Saturday night while boyfriend DJ AM manned the turntables. Mandy Moore goes to so many fights she’s going to start hanging around playgrounds to egg on bullies.
Olympic gold medal sprinter Maurice Greene had a table at Pure nearby Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard. Jeremy Jackson and Mario Barth were also there, which was completely awkward when they came in dressed head to toe in Tampa Bay Rays gear.
Earlier, Moore and AM were at Social House inside Treasure Island where they were seated next to Jackson; while Criss Angel and Holly Madison also stopped in for a quick dinner before heading downstairs to Audigier. They didn’t stay long, bouncing over to LAX at Luxor. They settled in at their usual table before UFC fighter Joe Stevenson came in ahead of Greene, Jackson and Barth. Jackson and Barth mingled with the crowd instead of getting a table. Jackson must’ve learned from The Hoff that you’re better off being a man of the people.
The night before, Moore dined with three girlfriends at Lavo inside Palazzo before jumping on the club’s Escalade golf cart to zip up to Barney’s for late-night shopping. Nip/Tuck’s Kelly Carlson was at a separate table, while UFC fighter Kenny Florian settled in just after weighing in for Saturday’s fight. Rick Ross was also there, as was Geoff Jenkins of the Phillies.

Saving the world from bare legs. (Photos by Erik Kabik | Retna. Additional photo by Scott Harrison | Retna)
Lindsay Lohan got her leggings on at Pure Friday night with a fashion show for the holiday collection of her 6126 line to benefit the Women’s Cancer Research Institute at Cedar Sinai Medical Center. She’s healing the world, one tight at a time.
Girlfriend Samantha Ronson spun a two-hour set that included Lohan’s latest single, “Bossy,” while runway models showed off the goods. Lohan headed up a raffle that included autographed leggings. It’s exactly the kind of star-powered touch your boring, workaday leggings were missing. Ronson was on the turntables for two hours, and after wrapping up, the couple hung around the club until after 2 a.m.
Also at Pure was Cincinnati Bengals wideout T.J. Houshmandzadeh, kicking it during the Bengals’ bye week. The bye spares the rest of the NFL from the suddenly surging squad riding a one-game winning streak after finally ironing out the kinks from their previous eight straight losses. Hip-hop group Hardnox was also there, dropping an impromptu performance.

She’ll have the sparkliest legs of them all. (Via myspace.com/lindsaylohan)
Clearly, when you think of Lindsay Lohan, the first thing that springs to mind is “leggings.” Sky, blue. Grass, green. Lindsay, leggings. Just how it goes. Tonight, she’ll be at Pure inside Caesars Palace along with girlfriend Samantha Ronson for the launch of her 6126 line’s holiday collection, to benefit the Women’s Cancer Research Institute at Cedar Sinai Medical Center.
The line’s name, 6126, refers to the birthday of Lohan heroine Marilyn Monroe — June 1, 1926 — who was strangled to death by Bobby Kennedy with a pair of leggings. Oh, crap. We’ve probably said too much.

Just another low-maintenance night on the town.
Holly Madison came out said Hef was a little on the demanding side. In an interview set to be aired on Extra, Madison said:
It might be refreshing to date someone who is not high maintenance. Sorry, Hef … I love you, but you know you’re high maintenance.”
She also said she hasn’t had sex in a long time. Meanwhile, she’ll continue soldiering on in her newish relationship with Criss Angel, who leads off his Cirque show with a 30-foot video picture of himself as the curtain rises, which is a super low-maintenance move.
The happy couple were at Pure inside Caesars Palace last night together on one of the VIP beds. Floyd Mayweather Jr. and UFC fighters Keith Jardine, Dan Henderson and Vinny Magalhaes were also also there, as was DJ Tiesto. If things don’t work out with Angel, maybe Madison can move on to a UFC fighter. We have to figure they’re typically just grateful to have someone around who isn’t punching them in the face, so they don’t get all pushy with the demands.
