What more does one need in the winter than a beach party? OK, so it’s not on a real beach, but Malibu rum is turning Polly Esther’s at the Stratosphere into a Caribbean-themed paradise on Sunday, Feb. 24 at 9 p.m. and the temperature will surely warm up when the host of the evening — Carmen Electra — arrives.

If the complimentary Malibu cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and Carmen Electra were not enough, “Kid Millionaire” Steve Aoki will be working the turntables, ensuring this event is, as the kids say, off the hook.
