Lady GaGa broke off three songs at Jet inside The Mirage last night, doing “Beautiful Dirty Rich,” “Poker Face” and the Grammy nominated “Just Dance.” At the end of the third tune, she stage-dived into the arms of her group, who then carried her out. Really, what’s the use of having backup dancers if they won’t carry you places?

Ne-Yo was was there to catch the set, and the two of them will be on tour together next year. Also at Jet were Seattle linebacker Jamie Sharper and comic Jeff Ross at a separate table. What a waste of having Jeff Ross and Lady GaGa in the same room if he didn’t get up and do a few minutes of roast material.

The Mirage debuted its shiny new volcano last night, complete with soundtrack composers Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart and Indian tabla virtuoso Zakir Hussain, Mayor Oscar Goodman, Mirage President and COO Scott Sibella, Terry Fator and one virgin sacrificed to appease volcano gods.

No, no, of course not, that would be ridiculous. Terry Fator had things to do.

Lady GaGa is at Jet inside The Mirage tonight to lay down some of her hits “The Fame,” “Poker Face” and “Just Dance.” Are those even hits? We don’t actually know. We stopped paying attention when the charts stopped noting the progress of the Georgia Satellites. The tastemakers abandoned them after “Keep Your Hands to Yourself” but those people couldn’t handle the nuance and subtlety of the deep cuts on that record. Click for more words and pictures »

Geez, Jack, try not to look so put-upon.

After catching Love with Ozzy for his birthday, Jack and Kelly Osbourne swung by Jet at The Mirage for Princess for a Day, hosted by Blondeshell winner Shannon Kelly for the 50 most beautiful women in the nightlife scene. Not a princess for a day was Kelly Osbourne, who was disqualified for ever thinking doing a version of “Papa Don’t Preach” would be a good idea.

Sharon Osbourne brought Ozzy to Love at The Mirage for an early birthday present last night along with Jack, Kelly and 25 friends. After the show, the cast sang “Happy Birthday” backstage, although they should really have got Tommy Iommi to play guitar behind them.

You know, there’s nothing wrong with Cirque, but there’s something very wrong with Ozzy going to Cirque. It’s just that when this is one of your album covers, and you write songs about evil wizards and your most famous interview shows how you can’t pour juice into a glass, maybe a Beatles musical isn’t really your bag.

Ozzy will be at Revolution Lounge tonight.

Katy Perry spent her Thanksgiving at Love inside The Mirage, catching the 10 p.m. performance with family members and boyfriend Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes. They were hand-in-hand, laughing and clapping during the show, but that could’ve just been from Perry realizing how much money she made through the power of pretend lesbianism.

Jet at The Mirage brought in the Vegas-based Super Cr3w, winners of America’s Best Dance Crew season two Friday night to give it the old soft-shoe, or headspin, or whatever you want to call it. Like it’s such a big deal. No one wants to hand us free drinks and march us down the red carpet when we do the Robot, or the Worm, or our very own Robotic Worm, in the middle of the club. And all those whiners who complained that we “kept knocking over their drinks” or “were kicking their girlfriend in the face” need to get over it.

Motley Crue Drummer Tommy Lee made was out for two nights in a row, setting up shop at Lavo inside Palazzo with an unidentified blonde — no, not Vince Neil — on Thursday, then hitting up Tao at The Venetian Friday for dinner. Lavo had Perez Hilton and Amanda Bynes for dinner, in town for Tao’s three-year anniversary.

Kevin James, who did the weekend at The Mirage, dined at Stack along with Randy Couture. Another Bengal was spotted this weekend, too. Tackle Domata Peko, following in T.J. Houshmandzadeh’s lead and spending the bye week out of Cincinnati before an angry Bengals fan recognized someone from the 1-8 squad, was at Tryst inside Wynn Las Vegas.
