KIND OF BLUE AT THE HOUSE OF BLUES

His hair does its own 20-minute opening set.
Josh Blue hit it big in season 4 of Last Comic Standing when he walked away as the grand prize winner after beating out 11 other finalists, including veterans Gabriel Iglesias and Bill Dwyer. He has played on the U.S. Paralympic Soccer Team and has sold his paintings. Before his Last Comic win, the comedian, who suffers from cerebral palsy, rung up a huge win in 2004 at the Las Vegas Comedy Festival’s Royal Flush Comedy Competition. We’re still bitter we didn’t win that year. Despite not being, you know, in it. Or existing as a website. Don’t bother us with these details.
Blue hits the stage tomorrow night at 9 p.m. at the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay. You could pay the $25-$37 ticket price like a total chump, or you could win them from us.
The first five people who e-mail tips -at- dailyfiasco.com will win a pair of tickets and a pony*. In the meantime, we caught up with Blue to find out just what was so funny about cerebral palsy, anyway. Click for more words and pictures »
