I don’t think we’d believe it had we not pictures, but sure enough, 300 and Sin City creator Frank Miller celebrated his 51st birthday Saturday night at CatHouse inside the Luxor after being lured there under the guise of simply dinner with Sin City star Jamie King.

After dinner, Miller was surprised by a number of his Hollywood friends, including Sin City director Robert Rodriguez, actress Rose McGowan (currently engaged to Rodriguez, who directed her in Grindhouse), Sin City star Rosario Dawson, 300‘s Gerard Butler, 24 actor Louis Lombardi, Spanglish knockout Paz Vega and CatHouse partner and chef Kerry Simon.

Scantily clad CatHouse servers formed a sparkler procession to bring out a birthday cake for the legendary comic book writer and artist. See, kids? Who says comics can’t score you chicks? Click for more words and pictures »

OK, listen up Daily Fiasco faithful: If any of you happen to be in contact with comic book legend Frank Miller — the creative force behind Sin City and 300 – please don’t tell him that his friends are throwing him a surprise birthday party this Saturday, Feb. 9 at CatHouse inside the Luxor. Miller, who turned 51 on Jan. 27, thinks he’s just having dinner with Sin City star Jamie King.

Instead, he’s expected to be joined by Rosario Dawson, Kimberly Cox, Jacinda Barrett, Paz Vega and many others, including CatHouse’s resident celebrity chef and partner Kerry Simon. They’ll start with dinner at 9 p.m. and move into the loungerie to celebrate about 11 p.m.

And fanboys — please leave your copies of The Dark Knight Returns at home. You think Miller’s going to want to sign your stuff when he has distractions such as King and Dawson around? As if.
