If, unlike us, you lead a rich, robust existence full of the joie de vivre that is life’s multi-hued tapestry of joy, you probably aren’t familiar with the most brutal show on television.

Saturday night at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay, though, is your chance to finally hang with the cool kids when series creator Brendan Small brings Dethklok — Skwisgaar Skwigelf, Toki Wartooth, William Murderface, Pickles and Nathan Explosion — to the stage in all its 2D, twin-guitar glory for the animated ne plus ultra of loud, angry tribute/satire nerdmetal. Vets Chimaira and Soilent Green open. Doors are at 6 p.m.
