Fight fan Mandy Moore hosted Pure at Caesars Palace Saturday night while boyfriend DJ AM manned the turntables. Mandy Moore goes to so many fights she’s going to start hanging around playgrounds to egg on bullies.

Olympic gold medal sprinter Maurice Greene had a table at Pure nearby Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard. Jeremy Jackson and Mario Barth were also there, which was completely awkward when they came in dressed head to toe in Tampa Bay Rays gear.

Earlier, Moore and AM were at Social House inside Treasure Island where they were seated next to Jackson; while Criss Angel and Holly Madison also stopped in for a quick dinner before heading downstairs to Audigier. They didn’t stay long, bouncing over to LAX at Luxor. They settled in at their usual table before UFC fighter Joe Stevenson came in ahead of Greene, Jackson and Barth. Jackson and Barth mingled with the crowd instead of getting a table. Jackson must’ve learned from The Hoff that you’re better off being a man of the people.

The night before, Moore dined with three girlfriends at Lavo inside Palazzo before jumping on the club’s Escalade golf cart to zip up to Barney’s for late-night shopping. Nip/Tuck’s Kelly Carlson was at a separate table, while UFC fighter Kenny Florian settled in just after weighing in for Saturday’s fight. Rick Ross was also there, as was Geoff Jenkins of the Phillies.

Randy Couture hit up Studio 54 at MGM Grand after his second-round loss to Brock Lesnar at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday night. Lesnar, who we believe is something like 8-foot-6, 429 pounds, won the heavyweight title with a TKO of Couture.

The Natural was there with his wife, Kim, while chants of “Randy” broke out among fans. Other UFC fighters in attendance were Kevin Randleman, Urijah Faber, Gabriel Gonzaga, Mike Pyle, and announcer Bruce Buffer. Non-UFC fighter Rob Schneider was there, as was alleged girl-fighter Suge Knight. It wasn’t all bad news for Couture this weekend, as Todd Beard, former president of Affliction, who Kim Couture just got a restraining order against, apologized and said he’ll go to rehab.

On Friday night at 54, ring girl Arianny Celeste continued her 23rd birthday celebration, joined by fighters Heath Herring, BJ Penn, Mac Danzig and Matt Lindland.

Rock dwarf, Jehova’s Witness and enigmatic genius Prince was at Tao inside The Venetian on Saturday with an exotic, dark-haired girl and a security detail where he sneaked into a skybox. On Sunday he was back at Lavo inside Palazzo. To answer your most pressing question: No, his pants weren’t ass-less.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno’s Jason Mewes and Katie Morgan — herself a porn star — headed up the night at Tao along with Mewes’ fiancee Jodran Monstanto. The trio started at the restaurant before moving upstairs to the nightclub.

They were back at it on Saturday, this time changing positions to Lavo at Palazzo. Jason Mewes was just a schlub from Jersey who happened to know Kevin Smith. This led to him spending nights out with his fiancee who looks kind of like Rosario Dawson and a porn star. We need to get some of our friends to start directing cheaply made, overly talky indie flicks.

Also at Lavo for the second straight day on Saturday was Marlon Wayans, returning even to the same table. Shouldn’t Damon or Keenan have been there to chaperone?

Robuchon will soon have only one award left to win: The Nobel Prize for Chemistry.

Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand, which recently nabbed its second straight three-star Michelin rating, also bagged its third straight Five Diamond award from AAA. The Five Diamond designation was only given to 103 resorts and 59 restaurants throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Also being honored was the Skylofts at MGM Grand for the third straight year as well, Le Cirque with its sixth straight award, and Picasso and Bellagio itself for the eighth straight year. Snubbed yet again was Uncle Benny’s House of Bearnaise, which failed to capture any diamond rating for the 18th straight year.

Vampires. Goddammit.

If we never have to see another damn vampire movie again, it won’t be too soon. But some Hollywood a-hole decided to go ahead and make Twilight even though we all know that ever since John Carpenter’s Vampires all other vampire movies have been completely superfluous. Once you’ve put James Woods into a vampire flick, there ain’t nowhere to go but down.

Anyway, the cast of this young-adult-Anne-Rice flick, Peter Facinelli, Billy Burke, Ashley Greene and Kellen Lutz will be at Prive inside Planet Hollywood Resort tomorrow night. Whatever. We’ll get excited when they’ve got the cast of From Dusk Till Dawn coming in. And they’d better have Selma Hayek doing her snake dance.

The Kevin Smith flick came out two weeks ago, so it’s not exactly a release party. Man, apparently the guy who played Otto in Clerks wasn’t available to come in and sing “Berserker.”

UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste celebrated the big 2-3 last night at Tryst inside Wynn Las Vegas with several friends. It’s tough enough trying to spit game at super-hot broads, but how do dudes ever roll up on her? Just knowing she has UFC guys watching her back kind of puts the pressure on. No one wants to get spun into an arm bar if you make a little faux pas.
