British actress Victoria Summer was at the AMC Theaters in Town Square last night for a special screening of her new film Saving Mr. Banks. The Tom Hanks-Emma Thompson Oscar-bait is about the making of the classic Disney film “Mary Poppins” and stars Summer as lead actress Julie Andrews.
In an odd bit of cross-promotion, the screening was open to members of Nannies and Housekeepers USA. Finally, after endless nights of taking care of spoiled children, these often unsung heroes got to relax and watch a movie about a lady taking care of spoiled children.
