In the parlance of our times.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame is coming to Luxor. Which is a vast improvement over Canton, Ohio, really.
At least part of it is, anyway — Warren Moon and Marcus Allen are on hand today for the announcement of Score!, a sports-themed exhibit from the people behind Bodies and Titanic.
They’re leading off with displays of Allen memorabilia, including the ’81 Heisman Trophy and his Hall of Fame Bust. Eventually, Score!will work with the Basketball Hall of Fame, NHL and U.S. Soccer Federation. Right now, their schedule includes a week of appearances with Ed “Too Tall” Jones starting Oct. 18 and Fred Biletnikoff Oct. 25. So maybe after they get all that Cowboys and Raiders stuff out of the way, fans of non-despicable franchises will have a shot, too.
