Big news in the world of pageantry, Miss Puerto Rico is returning to the 2010 Miss America, bringing the total contestants to 53. So, you know. Competition-y. The girls arrived yesterday at Planet Hollywood’s Theatre for the Performing Arts to signal the start of a week of preliminary competitions ahead of Jan. 30′s live broadcast of the pageant on TLC.
