“Um, Mr. Bay, Should I be acting?” “No need, bro, we got ‘splosions.”

Director/producer Michael Bay took a deserved break from ruining all your favorite childhood memories to dine at N9NE Steakhouse inside the Palms Saturday night with a party of ten in the main dining room. After starting with a shellfish platter, Bay feasted on charred New York strip steak which was served in several fast-paced jump cuts. He was seen sipping on Ketel One martinis and a few beers and before leaving, he took a tour of the kitchen and hung out with Executive Chef Barry Dakake.

On Friday night it was aging slugger Jason Giambi who chowed down at N9NE. The former American League MVP and Robin to Mark McGwire’s Batman was accompanied by four others, they shared the signature rock shrimp to start. Giambi then enjoyed the classic Caesar salad and Kobe burger for his main course. Reportedly, he was able to finish the entire meal but only with the aid of both the cream and the clear.

Finally, Friday also saw the arrival of former New York Mets third baseman and possible hotel magnate Howard Johnson. HoJo was seen enjoying the fall salad followed by the rib eye for his dinner.
