There’s nothing better in the world than holiday-excused drinking.

At least the weather is cooperating this year. When the Hard Rock Hotel debuted Cheers Las Vegas — its casino-wide open bar — last year, they did it just in time for a random, freak snowstorm. This year’s open bar, with cocktails available at the Center Bar, Pink Taco, Poker Room bar, Rare 120 and Wasted Space, gives you a good excuse to go pregame from 7 to 9 p.m. before Aria opens to the public.
