1111WED: THE ROUNDUP

Complimentary tin of pomade with each paid admission. (Actually, we wish. We could use that.)
Revolution Lounge at The Mirage takes a turn to rockabilly tonight with local act Will & The Hi-Rollers. We love that truncated “Hi-.” How much better was everything in the ’50s when they’d use that all the time? How much peppier does everything sound that way? Imagine what it could do for High Times magazine. It would sound more like a publication where you could get good information on new stereo equipment and tiki decorations and less like a depressing ode to stoners who can think of literally nothing else then when they’re going to get blazed next. Now if you’ll excuse us, we have to start planning the schedule for our after-work cocktails.
