Rob Zombie made the most of his Friday night. After doing a night-before-Halloween show at The Pearl, he jumped in a limo with wife Sherri Moon Zombie and headed over to the Graceland Chapel where they renewed their wedding vows.

This is an immutable truth of life that the weirdest, freakiest dudes you know always wind up being the ones who get the most lovestruck. If you ever find yourself trapped in a Halloween, Ren Faire, all-Elvis, or Victorian steampunk wedding complete with hot air balloon and pneumatic robot, there is a 100 percent chance that the marriage will work. If you just get regular hitched at a church with about 100 people, it’s 50-50. If your at one of those lavish country club affairs with 500 guests, a top-shelf open bar and you flew in Haircut 100 to play “Love Plus One” during the first dance, keep the divorce papers in an box that says “In case of emergency break glass.”

Also at the Palms Friday night, Ric Flair was at N9NE Steakhouse where he and his wife dined at the bar before going up to Nove Italiano for dessert. At Rain, Z-Trip reunited with DJ P for Uneasy Halloween — the first collaboration between the two in more than 10 years.

In the Gossy Room, Taylor Dayne joined Matt Goss on stage for “Feelin’ Good.” If that wasn’t enough throwback action for you, Vanilla Ice hit the stage at Studio 54 inside MGM Grand to do “Ice Ice Baby” and “Ninja Rap” — telling the audience he still loved “those turtles.” Other things Vanilla Ice still loves from 1991? Scott Norwood missing wide right. The William Kennedy Smith trial. Sonic the Hedgehog. The last concert he held without self-consciously trading on the irony of a failed career.

Briana Evigan celebrated her birthday at Lavo, while Twilight’s Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene had dinner there before being joined by Brittany Snow at the nightclub. Debbie Gibson and Rutledge Taylor were spotted in the dining room, while Entourage’s Rex Lee was upstairs celebrating the birthday of a friend.

At Tao, True Blood’s Rutina Wesley got to check out Taoloween, which was won by a 10-foot-tall monster from Where the Wild Things Are, built over three months in San Diego. We’re pretty sure the book was written in less time than that.
