You guys! We think we’ve cracked the code, and we have a sneaking, hunch of a suspicion that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant. BUT KEEP IT UNDER YOUR HAT.

Kourtney, wearing a dress so tight you could watch the baby’s pancreas form in real-time, was at the Tao birthday bash for sister Kim, who was celebrating her 29th along with mother, Kris Jenner, and brother, Robert. Khloe had to stay home with husband Lamar Odom, who was hurt Thursday during a game. Maybe that was part of the prenup — she has to keep his ankles iced and wrapped at all times.

Khloe did make a Saturday appearance at the Fashion Show Mall GNC to promote her QuickTrim diet plan, so her weekend wasn’t a total wash.

The girls shopped Friday afternoon while Robert and Kourtney’s babydaddy Scott Disick were at Tao Beach. Oh, women. Always with the shopping. When it came time to go to Tao, the Kardashians were joined by Ciara and La La Vazquez before hitting the private dining room with Brittny Gastineai and Jonathan Cheban.

Kourtney decamped to rest (probably because her dress was squeezing all the amniotic fluid in her uterus up to her lungs) while everyone else hit the skyboxes for obligatory shout-outs. Carlos Mencia, who earlier was at Dos Caminos, golfer Anthonty Kim, and Kevin Federline and girlfriend Victoria Prince were also spotted at the club. K-Fed turned up again Saturday night at Strip House.
