You came for a birthday party and a wedding broke out.

Holly Montag, the poor girl who got stuck with Spencer Pratt as a brother, was celebrating her birthday with Stacie Hall of The Hills last night at The Bank inside Bellagio when they got into a cake fight, and then settled their differences by making out. We find that’s usually the best way to put any ugliness behind us. If only North Korea and South Korea would swallow their pride (and their gum) and give it a try.

Hall was there with boyfriend CJ Koegel, while Floyd Mayweather was spotted in the crowd.
