MAYWEATHER ALLEGEDLY ROBBED FOR $7M

This might have something to do with tempting the undesirable element.
According to reports coming out, boxer Floyd Mayweather’s home was robbed to the tune of $7 million in jewelry.
According to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, four individuals forcefully entered the home sometime between 8 p.m. Aug. 17 and 4 a.m. Aug. 18. A surveillance camera caught one of the suspects on film.
Mayweather is reportedly offering a $100,000 reward for anyone who can provide information leading to the return of his property by calling Sherbrook, Jelan and Associates at (678) 457-5858 or (404) 786-1321. The Police Department’s Crime Stoppers program is offering a $2,000 reward for information and can be contacted at 385-5555.
Now, Mayweather is well known around town for flashing — and dropping — lots of cash. He has a reputation as a big tipper; of taking care of people who take care of him. He runs Philthy Rich Records and earned the nickname “Money” Mayweather. To say he’s a guy who has an interest in the lucre is to say Scrooge McDuck has a mild fancy for gold coins. So why did he leave that much jewelry in the house where it could be gotten to with seemingly relative ease? If that was us, we’d have a Brinks truck parked in a bank vault at all times. Maybe put up some of those laser alarm systems that Catherine Zeta-Jones would have to shimmy her ass around to get through.
