Black is the new, er, black? Tonight at Wasted Space inside Hard Rock Hotel, The Black Crayons will be joined by Black Camaro and Black for, apparently, noir night. We can only hope they’ll be covering Metallica’s “Blackened,” Type O Negative’s “Black No. 1,” The White Stripes’ “Black Math” and — oh, nevermind. We could do this all day. We’d just like to know why no one invited Frank Black to come play “Men in Black.” What? It’s more appropriate than “Whatever Happened to Pong?” Paddle to paddle and side to side!
