Rubber ducky is the one again tonight at Simon inside Palms Place. The restaurant kicks things off with happy hour from 6 to 8 p.m. before Quack! starts up from 8 to midnight with a pool chock full of ducks bearing fabulous waterfowl-approved prizes outside of the restaurant. • Pure at Caesars Palace offers the Summer Surprise Series.
• The SpyOnVegas.com Open Bar is at Red Square inside Mandalay Bay from 6 to 9 p.m.
• Mist at Treasure Island holds its DJ Showcase.
• Liquidity at Luxor has Fantasy Tuesdays.
• Divebar (3035 E. Tropicana Ave.) has the Sin City Sinners featuring Michael Olivieri of Leatherwolf.
• Beauty Bar (517 Fremont St.) does Hi-Fidelity with Sonic Bloom.
• Frozen 75 (4472 E. Sunset Road) holds Dance Vice featuring Knowwell, Teen Wolf, Autobahn, Abom and 7-12.
• Bunkhouse (124 S. 11th St.) has open jam blues sessions.
• Red Room (3101 W. Sahara Ave.) does Tuesday for the Ladies.
• Thunderbird Lounge (1215 Las Vegas Blvd.) holds Cultra Lounge at 11 p.m.
