Katie Rees used to have nice, simple problems, like getting stripped of her Miss USA crown over some racy pics (Not so much with the safe for work, there, kids). Then came the February run-in with the law for traffic violations and resisting arrest.

Now, the one-time Miss Nevada and Miss USA has avoided trial thanks to a no contest plea, but is mulling filing a police brutality suit against Metro over the Feb. 6 arrest. Lawyer Michael Cristalli claims the police broke Rees’s front tooth during the arrest by slamming her against a car hood.

It looks like finishing school didn’t pay off at all for this girl.
