Andy Hersch is no stranger to the Las Vegas nightlife industry – he’s done tours of duty with Light Group, House of Blues and, most recently, Body English – but his mettle will be put to the test in his new role: senior director of the spanking-new nightlife department at the Hard Rock Hotel.

In addition to overseeing Body English, where he served as nightclub director, Hersch will now also coordinate events and operations for two forthcoming nightlife endeavors at the Hard Rock, the Beach Club and Wasted Space. The Beach Club’s highlight, of course, is the Sunday afternoon poolside smash, Rehab, returning for its fifth season. Wasted Space, set to open later this year, is a rock club envisioned by motocross star and tattoo enthusiast Carey Hart.
