It’s finally starting to thaw out a bit around the Las Vegas Valley, and that can mean only one thing: Hot, coffee-infused specialty drinks are taking a backseat to the fresh, light flavors of spring. Master Mixologist John DuPont has created the perfect cocktail to usher in the season at Twin Creeks inside the Silverton Casino Lodge: The Grasshopper Martini.

A blend of Van Gogh vanilla vodka, Godiva White Chocolate and green Crème de Menthe, the Grasshopper Martini comes garnished with a layer of shaved dark chocolate. And though it contains no whisky or Guinness, we’re pretty sure its emerald hue will make this concotion a fine addition to any upcoming St. Patrick’s Day-related celebrating, as well.
