PALMS NIGHTLIFE OPTIONS OFF THE HOOK

The Palms is popping with a diversity of nightlife events over the next week. We’re pretty sure no matter what your interest — fashion, music, liquor — at least one of the boutique hotel’s events will tickle your fancy.
First up is the Red Bull Resident DJ Party tonight, Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Moon nightclub. All of N9NE Group’s residents will share one stage starting at 10:30 p.m.: Mark Stylz, Cyber Kid, Exodus, Toma, Ikon, Greg Lopez, D.J.P., Stonerokk, Graham Funke, OB One, Tino, Twin, Keith Evan, Digital Boy and R.O.B. It’s also a birthday celebration for Moon’s Kim Martin, so really, why wouldn’t you be at Moon tonight?
Then on Thursday, Feb. 21, Moon is hosting the launch party for Velvet Angels luxury footwear line from 8 to 10 p.m. The exclusive event offers complimentary cocktails and appetizers, as well as invited celebrity guests, including Ja Rule, Velvet Revolver’s Matt Sorum and Nicky Hilton.
If hard bodies are your thing — and, um, why wouldn’t they be — maybe you’ll want to check out the official after-party for the AVP Crocs “Hot Winter Nights” Pro Beach Volleyball tournament at Rain on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 11 p.m.
On Sunday, Feb. 24, the Palms doubles your pleasure with the return of Clash to Moon, featuring Felix Da Housecat, and downstairs in the Playboy Club, our pal King Britt. It’s a night of house music you don’t want to miss, starting at 10 p.m.
One week from today, the legendary Paul Oakenfold will bring his Greatest Hits & Remixes Album Tour to Moon. This party starts at 10:30 p.m., and we seriously recommend making reservations or getting there early.
And on Friday, Feb. 29, DJ Skribble comes back to Vegas (following his appearance with Dave Navarro at the Starlight Tattoo opening this past weekend) to hit the turntables at Rain nightclub at 11 p.m.
Whew. That’s some lineup. Get your rest now, kids.
